Gentlemen's agreement vis-a-vis Nabokov?
As you no doubt know by now, the Red Wings signed Evgeni Nabokov last night, and must put him on waivers today. Most observers believe he will be claimed, but by whom? As far as the Nabokov story goes...Rumors are going around the league, that Ken Holland already has a deal in place for N.J., the Islanders, or Edmonton to claim him, then trade him back to the Wings for picks, etc... Here's another idea, how about if TAMPA (Steve Y.) does that very thing? Would that be the ultimate gentlemen's agreement or what?
