Game One:What A Finish!

The Vancouver Canucks moved on step closer to their ultimate goal, with an incredible 1-0 victory over the Boston Bruins in game one of the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.

Roberto Luongo outdueled Tim Thomas, as the game stayed scoreless, until, with 19 seconds to go in regulation, Ryan Kesler stole the puck, and passed it to an open Raffi Torres in front of the net, and he made no mistake, as he put the proverbial "buscuit in the basket" in what was basically overtime, to give the Canucks the win and a 1-0 lead in the series. Game two at Rogers Saturday night, which will be the last saturday night game of the year, which is big for fans watching on "Hockey Night In Canada", as saturday night is their traditional game night.
