Ndamakong Suh did a radio interview with 97.1 FM The Ticket's Terry Foster and Mike Valenti today, and it did not go well. The interview started out okay, as they were talking about football. But, when one of the intereviewers(I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it was radio bomb-thrower Valenti) wanted to bring up "personal issues" (i.e. his recent traffic accident), he ended the interview abruptly. Now he will walk into the "Black Hole" in Oakland Sunday, where the hype factor will be off the charts. This is a place where the circus comes to town every time the Raiders play a home game. These guys dress like characters from "The Road Warrior", and carry signs with phrases like "WELCOME TO HELL" (not MY words folks!), and you add Suh's return to this toxic mix, and ANYTHING is possible.
IDIOTS BEAT UP FAN AT JETS GAME
Sunday night after the Jets ran the Chiefs out of town 37-10 at the Meadowlands, Some Chiefs fans who had made the trip began yelling insults at a man who was wearing his Jets gear. That was one thing, but what made his blood boil (and mine), was the statement that New Yorkers deserved what happened to them on 9/11! I don't care what anyone says, ANY statement like that to a New Yorker is disgusting and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE in any circumstances (as my wife said, that is as disgusting as telling a Hawaiian that they deserved Pearl Harbor). It only gets worse. When the fellow took offense to that, the group stomped and beat the man within the proverbial inch of his life, as he suffered a fractured cheek bone and bleeding on the brain. Now, it looks like he will survive, but, like the fellow who was beaten at the Giants-Dodgers game last spring, he will have a long road ahead. As far as the clowns who did this, IT'S NOT FUNNY, GUYS. What they did is sick and disgusting. Those who did this should be punished to the FULLEST extent of the law.
