Aston Villa Lost $85 Million Dollars Last Year`

Premiership club Aston Villa lost a record $85 MILLION DOLLARS last year. I realize that running a premiership club is expensive, and Villa made a big free agent signing, but HOW ON EARTH DOES MAJOR LEAGUE PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAM LOSE $85 MILLION DOLLARS IN ONE YEAR? Especially given the fact that Barclay's Premiership, like the NFL in this country, is a virtual license to print money. If a MLB, NBA, or NHL team lost that kind of money in one year, they would be filing Chapter 11, or even end up contracted, considering the Dodgers lost nowhere near that kind of money last year, and ended up under an Emergency Financial Manager, much like a distressed municipality or school system. All I can figure, is that that organization is grossly incompetent, or worse.
